This is a 28ga Cordy/Simmons barrel for a 12ga Browning Superposed -- Cordy of Belgium built the sub gauge barrels for the 12ga multi sets in conjunction with Simmons Gun Specialties with this gauge being the most desireable -- These are of exceptional quality and were contract barrels by Browning / Simmons -- This barrel will require sending gun/barrel and forend to Midwest Guns or Arts to have fitted -- A great set of pipes to add to that Midas or Diana grade for plantation shoots or sub guage pigeon -- The barrels are choked at .003 top and bottom with plenty of beef to have Rhino or Briley add extended chokes -- Low profile vent rib -- lyman red front and ivory mid bead -- Hard to find 28ga barrels in 28" for a 12ga -- Cordy Cold blued them to protect integrity and prevent corrosion before fitting --
