"This single shot Walther 22 Long Rifle caliber KKW training rifle has a strong NSDAP stamp on the left butt stock. The approx. 26"" barrel has an excellent bore with bright, strong rifling. The gun has approx. 95% blue with some freckling. The buttplate is a smooth brown mixed with bright. The top of the chamber has the Walther logo and the top rear of the receiver is marked KK Wehrsportgewehr. The bottom right rear of the receiver is stamped WAFFENFABRIK WALTHER ZELLA-MEHLIS. The left side of the barrel to the rear of the rear sight is marked KAL. 22 LANG FUR BUCHSEN. There are also serveral German proof marks on the barrel and receiver. The cleaning rod is absent. The swivel and a correct sling in fair condition are present. The stock is fine with no cracks or chips and with light issue wear. The left butt stock has a 1 3/8"" round stamp with the outer circle strongly stamped S A d. NSDAP with the inner circle having the SA d. NSDAP logo. The action functions correctly. You rarely see a Walther KKW NSDAP marked rifle. Don't miss this one!
