Description:
This 'o3 was manufactured in 1930, during the Peacetime years, It features a nice walnut stock with clear cartouches. The one on the wrist is a bit worn from handling, and the butt stock and plate show some evidence of "bumping" from resting on the floor as a guard's, ceremonial, or training rifle. It has a Springfield barrel dated to 4/30 and a period sling. A nice addition to any collection, and a little hard to find as the production numbers during the inter-war ears were very low.
