Winchester Extra Length 1st Model 1873 rifle with 30" octagon Bbl and mortised thumbprint dust cover. Varnished straight grain American walnut stocks with crescent butt plate and set trigger. Blade front sight with sporting adjustable rear sight. Mfd, 1878. Condition, Very good with most all finish toned to a homogenous patina with good bore with light frosting in grooves, Stocks are good with light wear and period of use impressions.
