Description:
For sale is a CMP Greek Returned Springfield 1903 rifle originally made in 1907. The rifle had been reworked and rebarreled with a 9 / 1944 produced barrel with Flaming bomb below HS. The overall condition is 98% with some handling marks throughout the rifle but there are no signs of corrosion or damage. The bore is excellent and very bright with great rifling but does start frosting towards the muzzle. The floorplate is stamped with a B indicating it has been pinned. There is an X stamped on the stock as well the last digits of the serial number on the butt. .30-06 Springfield
