Description:
Standard length 26 inch octagon barrel chambered in 30 WCF caliber with a good bore that may clean up to be even better. Barrel and full length magazine tube are a plum/brown color. Upgraded period sights include a brass beaded blade front with a Marbles sporting rear. Receiver is a plum/blue patina with some scattered light oxidation. Hammer and lever are about the same color as the receiver. Walnut stocks have several scratches and light wear but are solid with no cracks. Crescent rifle style buttplate still retains some good blue but also has light oxidation. Crisp functioning action. This Winchester was someones hunting rifle that has the scars of going through the woods but still has many hunts left in it. A classic deer rifle made in 1903.
