SOLD This Colt was produced in 1952. The pistol's serial number is 29319 LW. It has the standard 4 1/4 inch barrel chambered to shoot the 38 Super cartridge. This Colt is in near new condition. The bore is in minty condition. The steel slide retains around 99% of the original bluing. The Light Weight frame retains all of the original finishing. The magazine is the correct style magazine for this pistol. The Colt "pony" grips are in new condition. This is a stunning condition pistol that has seen very little shooting. It is rare to see early light weight Commanders in this fine of condition! Most of these Commanders show finish fading or discoloration and or worn loss of finish. This Colt would be a great addition to any fine collection!
