We inspect the firearm and it's action to see if everything appears functional but they are sold without warranty as we have no ammunition to test them with. Unless the item is listed as being sold AS-IS, there is a 3 Day Non-Shooting Inspection Period which starts when the item arrives at your dealer. No shooting, no disassembly. Visual inspection only to confirm correct item and that it matches description in major ways. Minor differences in subjective matters like percent of condition, etc, and personal opinions like ergonomics, fit to your hand or shoulder, etc, do not justify returns. Once you take the item home it is yours and no returns will be allowed. Items listed with AS-IS label are not returnable. We will not issue refunds for unknown mechanical problems. Here is a very rare little carbine. It is a David Pedersoli Lightning Made in Italy for Cimarron Repeating Arms Company. These are hard to find in any caliber or configuration but nearly impossible in the deluxe 357 Magnum carbine. This carbine has a case hardened receiver and octagon 20" barrel rather than the standard blued receiver guns and the round 24" barrel. There are a few small marks on the wood and one area when the bluing of the barrel has rubbed off from being in a gun safe. The action works perffectly. Sweet little carbine in a very rare and hard to find configuration. Thanks for looking!
