Description:
This is a good sample of the main battle rifle in between the trap door and the Model 1903. It was developed to satisfy the need for a repeating rifle. It is still considered one of the smoothest bolt action rifles ever made. They have some very unique features including a rotary magazine that was filled with loose ammo.It is relatively good condition even though the stock is split near the breech. The bore is tough, but the exterior looks pretty good, and it would make a great piece for a display or re-enactor. .30-40 Krag
