Here is a Smith & Wesson New Model 3 chambered in 44 Russian. The serial numbers match on the frame, cylinder, barrel, and latch. The gun functions correctly but shows its age. There is some play front to back in the latch area. It has the longer 1 9/16 cylinder. The gun shipped to Paris France in 1906. Even though it shipped in 1906, all frames were made before 1899 so this is an antique gun.
