Here is a Hopkins and Allen XL Police in 38 Rimfire. The top strap is labeled correctly with XL Police and with 38-100 cal. The action functions if you point the barrel to the ground so the hand spring is broke. The rest of the action functions correctly with the extractor working. Based on my research they only made a few hundred of these round grip, 4 1/2", XL Police guns.
