Description:
Small German made Bulldog .38 short Colt or .38 S&W caliber revolver. There is no maker's mark, just German Crown U proofs and serial number 6 marked on the major parts of the gun. The action is both single and double action and is in perfect working order. Bore is in very good bright and shinny condition with no pittig or frosting present. Barrel is 2-1/2" Long and overall is 7" long. Gun has approximately 100 % original bright nickel. Has a working safety lever on the left side of the frame.A very nice example of a Continental made Bulldog style revolver made famous in England at the turn of the last 1800s.
