This is a rifle built by Jim Kobe in 1999 on a Rem 700 action. The caliber is .17 Remington (centerfire).
Timney HIT trigger set at 1 pound
HS Presision Stock
Shillen barrel and all metal work appears to be teflon coated in satin black
I am positve that no more than 250 rounds have been fired in this rifle
Also included is a Burris Fullfield 6.5-20 scope and the Leupold bases used with that scope.
Talley bases included
