23" Marquart tapered round barrel with full-band front sight, Magnaporting, full-band swivel base, integral recoil lug, and matted quarter rib with 1 standing gold-lined express sight.
Fully figured Moroccan walnut stock with ebony forend tip, tie-down escutcheon, 26-LPI wrap-around ribbon and fleur-de-lys checkering, steel trapdoor pistol grip cap, gold initial oval, classic comb, beaded cheekpiece, inletted rear swivel and solid brown Decelerator recoil pad.
Dakota 76 Magnum action with lapped and jeweled bolt and follower, 3-panel checkered bolt knob, Model 70-type safety, and drop box magazine with hinged straddle floorplate and release inside triggerguard.
Scroll engraving on action grip trapdoor, triggerguard and floorplate enhanced with a grey-etched, gold-bordered bull elephant, by Marty Rabeno.
Swarovski 1.25-4x24 Habicht scope with 30mm tube and CD-1 duplex reticle in Wisner quick-detachable rings on Talley bases. Finish work by Pete Mazur. Pull: 14 3/8". Weight 10lbs, 10 1/2oz with open sights; 11lbs, 12oz, scoped. Trigger let-off: 3 1/4lbs. Built 2008. 99%+ blue. Excellent bore.
