Beautifully built and engraved 243 Win by Paul Jaeger Inc. of Jenkintown,Pa. in the late 1950s or early 1960s. This rifle is built on a Sako L579 action. It has a 26" Douglas premium barrel, 4X European walnut stock, 28 line checkering, and beautifully engraved and gold inlaid floorplate,trigger guard,and grip cap. The engraving features Germanic scroll with gold wire lnlays and a detailed gold ground hog on the floorplate. The rifle is in mint as new condition. A great value as the cost to duplicate the rifle would be well over $20000. A true work of gunmaking art. C&R eligible. Price includes shipping.
