US Springfield Model 1884 Trapdoor Rifle Cal, 45-70 Gov't Cal with 32 5/8" round Bbl. Hooded blade front sight with 1884 Buffington rear sight. US 1884 marked breech block with vivid case colors. One piece walnut stocks with SWP 1889 cartouche/ Condition, Excellent with brilliant bore and most all blue finish on Bbl. 90% finish on Lock. Stock is excellent with some light handling and added oil finish. Mechanically excellent. An outstanding original Trapdoor rifle
