Boye Chef Knives:
1. 6" David Boye Dendritic Steel Chef Knife, full blade etching of an American Bald Eagle carved on India Sambar stag by Paul Grussenmeyer, Mozambique garnet eyes, full etched blade and carved bald eagle scene by Francine Larstein on the blade
2. 8" David Boye Dendritic Steel Chef Knife, full Arctic timberwolf carved on India Sambar stag by Paul Grussenmeyer, Mozambique garnet eyes, full etched and carved timberwolf scene by Francine Larstein on the Blade
Knives were made in May 5, 1997, carvings in 1998. These are the only two carved handles Grussenmeyer has ever done on any Boye Chef's knives. I will prefer not to break the set, but if obliged each knife can be had separately. Both knives bears the scarce hand signed signatures. Exceptional art knives of the highest quality, workmanship and beauty.
