Description:
Reduced. This is a cool rifle that I have worked to get on the market. It was built by a Swedish gunsmith E.S. BINGSTA using a Husqvarna M70 Cavalry Carbine receiver. The 34.25" barrel was from a muzzleloader with really deep rifling. It was chambered for an unknown cartridge that I couldn't find a good modern parent case for. So, I sent it off to Bobby Hoyt in PA and had him sleave and rechamber to .45-70. Bore is .457 with 1:20 twist. Stock has checkered wrist and cheekpiece. Nosecap is painted as opposed to typical horn. LOP is 14.75". Odd notch rear sight. Blade front sight. A very cool and unique rifle. ANTIQUE ships to your door. $1050 + Shipping.
