Description:
Early Remington Model 870 Wingmaster 16 gauge Pump Action Shotgun. Barrel date code is LZZ indicating a manfacture of February 1953, 28"Modified Choke Barrel, 2 3/4" Chamber. Original Non-checkered walnut stock and matching "corn cob" foreend. This shotgun was my Dad's that he bought brand new and used for rabbit hunting. The gun has always been well oiled and stored in a glass gun case and / or safe. The shotgun has been well preserved and is in very good condition. There is some slight speckling on the top of the barrel and a few spots of discoloration as might be expected for a gun of this age. Overall the gun shows a high percentation of the original bright and shiny blue. Copy of FFL or C&R license required prior to shipping. Buyer pays $55.00 for shipping to the lower 48.
