Description:
This 1911 Colt was manufactured in 1918, and is in fair collectors condition. It appears to be a re-done battlefield pick-up that had quite a bit of corrosion repaired. The sights are correct, and the magazine is the 'two-tone" version. It has two lanyard loops: one on the frame and one on the magazine. All the metal stamps are legible. .45 Auto

Metal Condition: "Fair. This appears to be a battlefield pickup that was redone. The rust and pits have been sanded as much as possible, but there remains some pitting with the re-blue showing in the pits.
Wood Condition: "Fair. The scales are walnut and the checkering points are worn down, The screws look new.
Bore Condition: A bit rough but appears usable.
