Description:
Serial #S38614, .30 Carbine, 14 inch barrel with an excellent bore. This is the Thompson Center Custom Shop Contender model pistol in stainless steel Super 14 configuration featuring the engraved T/C wildcat. This gun was featured on page 1626 in the Book War Baby III by Larry Ruth and was part of his personal gun collection. In excellent condition the barrel, frame and action retain virtually all, 99% plus, original matte stainless finish. The Rynite grip and forearm are in excellent condition. It comes with a mounted Simmons 4 x 32mm pistol scope in the original TC box numbered to the gun. Included also are the filler screws for the scope mount, allen wrench and a zippered leather carry case. A great T/C custom shop gun in a desirable caliber with an interesting provenance. FFL
