Description:
This is a full and sealed box, 20 original rounds, of .45-70 Government black powder ammunition manufactured by Winchester with 500 grain lead bullets. The military contract box is a heavy-duty and double walled with a wrap over the top label that opens by pulling the string from around the middle seam and is a circa early 1890's. In excellent condition the box has an intact label missing only a tiny corner piece on the back side with excellent graphics and a very nice cartridge cut with some very mild age soiling of the buff box. A great box for display with you Trapdoor rifle.
