Description:
This Chinese Model M53 is a right hand bolt action rifle in 7.62x54 Rimmed Cal. It has a 21-inch barrel with a hooded post front sight and a numbered sliding notch middle sight. The forearm is smooth hardwood with finger grooves and the buttstock is a smooth grip hardwood straight grip with a metal buttstock. Manufactured in 1955. S/N on receiver matches magazine but not bolt. 7.62X54R
