Mossberg Model 342K - Bolt Action - .22 Rifle - Smooth walnut Monte Carlo style stock and forend with black Nitile fold down hand hold, sling swivels and butt pate. 18 In. long barrel with adj. rear open sight and a front bead sight. Bore is clean and bright with great rifling . Receiver is grooved for scope . Includes a period correct Weaver 22 scope with tilt up scope bracket. Scope is in very good condition with clear lens. 7 round clip magazine that will accept short , long and LR ammo. Barrel and receiver are retaining apprx. 90% bluing. Stock and forend are in excellent condition with minimal handling marks. Includes a new soft sleeve. Overall condition is excellent. This rifle appears to have had very little use. Great starter rifle for young shooters. Manufactured from 1958 to 1971.
