Description:
This Harrington & Richardson Model U.S. Springfield 1873 is a single shot trapdoor rifle in .45-70 Gov't. Cal. It has a 26 inch barrel. A blade front sight and a folding adjustable peep rear sight. The buttstock is a checkered grip walnut straight grip. The forearm is a checkered grip walnut with an engraved metal tip. A Right side metal piece is missing near the tip. The receiver, side plate and butt plate are case colored. Serial Number 1834. .45-70 Government
