Gorgeous Joe Smithson 300 H&H Magnum bolt action repeater built on a Granite Mountain Arms action. S/N 517SRV. 25” barrel and 8.75 lbs without scope (10.0 lbs w/ scope & rings). It includes a Zeiss Diavari C 3-9x36 MC scope in Smithson quick release rings. Length of pull is 14”. 4+1 capacity with hinged floorplate. I’m selling this for my client who purchased this rifle brand new from Joe Smithson around 2008 and used it on one Safari in Ethipia. It has been fired less than 100 rounds. I also have ammo, Murray leather shell holders, and reloading dies if you are interested.
Joe builds less than 10 rifles per year and he builds among the best Safari grade bolt action rifles. The condition of the rifle is excellent – see photos. The bore is clean with sharp rifling.
