This is a vintage Smith & Wesson 38 M&P Model of 1902 revolver chambered in .38 Special. It features a 6 1/2-inch barrel, 6-round fluted cylinder, walnut grips, and an adjustable rear sight. Overall, this Smith is in very good vintage condition with a bright bore with strong rifling. The barrel has patent dates July 1 84, April 9 89, May 21 95, July 16 95, Aug 4 96, Dec 22 96, and Oct 4 98.Dec 17 01. The barrel is marked "38 special US service Ctg's".
