Description:
26 inch octagon barrel chambered in 30 WCF caliber with a very bright shiny excellent bore. Sights include a Marble No.5 beaded blade front and a sporting rear. Nickle steel barrel and full length magazine tube retain about 75% thinning blue. Receiver has some blue in the protected areas with the balance flaking to a brown/gray patina. Crisp action. Walnut stocks have been refinished and show some small dents and light handling mars. Crescent rifle style buttplate with special order trapdoor for cleaning rods. Not a bad looking old Winchester from 1927.
