Synopsis: Colt, British New Sevice Revolver, .455 Eley, 4202, FB00819 Description: Colt New Service, made for the British market, caliber .455 ELEY, with 5.5" barrel, fixed sights, with two-line address/patent markings on top of the barrel, caliber/model marking on the left side of barrel. COLT'S/NEW SERVICE logo on sideplate. Matching serial numbers on frame and crane. British proofs on barrel above ejector rod that does not have the usualy knurling. Original black "COLT" hard rubber grips. Landyard ring on butt. Condition: G original finish with uniform thinning and toning as one might expect from a sidearm that has seen moderate use.
