Description:
The belt shows age and there is a variety of age ralated patina on the buckle. There are file marks that are smoothed from wear in various places and verdigris on both the belt and plate. I got this from an estate sale and having it in hand cannot make a determination this is, in fact, a CW item positively. Might be but from what I see, a UCV item using an originakl plate on a newer belt would be next guess. I showed this to someone who lnows this stuff abd he agreed with that accessment, Because I am not sure this is priced accordingly, I paid almost what i am selling this for.. I am about 51/49 percent this is a period item but... I will allow a full refund on this if you do not agree with me minus SH&I and return unaltered. SH&I on this will be $25.00 USPS with Tracking in the contintental US. Need more info let me know and I will attempt to accomodate.. Thanks, Mark
