Description:
Serial #A4080, .303 British, 25" barrel with an excellent, bright bore. This is a "UF 55"-dated rifle with matching numbered bolt and magazine. The metal retains virtually all of the original Suncorite finish, with almost no flaking or loss save for some very minor fading along the bearing surfaces of the bolt. The birch forend, handguards and buttstock are in excellent condition with hardly any handling marks or blemishes present. The forend is numbered to the rifle, and a slightly tarnished brass buttplate is fitted. The rifle is fitted with an adjustable "F" marked rear sight, and import stamps are present near the muzzle. This is a splendid, post-Korean War No. 4 rifle, and would make a great addition to any collection. FFL or C&R
