Description:
For sale is a new custom Winchester model 70 chambered in 400 Whelen. This bolt action rifle has a 24.75 inch polished blued barrel with NECG iron sights. It is built on a pre 64 model 70 action and a featherweight stock. A timney trigger has been installed, and the bolt has been jewelled. A Redfield 5 Star 1-4 with a duplex reticle and Leupold quick detach rings makes for aq perfect optic. The headspace is correct in this rifle as I has custom headspace gauges made along with the reamer. It is a true 17 degree shoulder and this package comes with CH4D dies 35 rounds of loaded ammo and 15 pieces of brass that were used to test the function of this rifle. 100 Hornady Bullets are also included for reloading.
