Payment Types Accepted: Money Order & Certified Check About Us: Private Seller Description: 1990 Smith & Wesson 16-4 chambered in .32 H&R Magnum with a full lug 4 inch ribbed barrel. This pre-lock K Frame Square Butt revolver features a 6 shot fluted cylinder, .375 semi target hammer, .312 smooth combat trigger, 1/8” partridge front sight, adjustable micrometer rear sights and factory original Goncalo Alves finger groove combat grips. While any 16-4 is uncommon, the ones with 4 inch barrels are quite rare. There were only 8800 16-4’s made in all 3 barrel lengths from 1989-1992. The original bright blue finish still retains a deep dark shine throughout. As seen in photos, it does exhibit some handling marks on both sides of the barrel, top strap and bottom of barrel. There is also the ever present cylinder turn line. With these noted blemishes, I would rate the cosmetic condition of this gun at 96%. Mechanically, the action is crisp, the lock up is tight, and the bore is bright and shiny with strong lands and grooves. This is a very nice example of a difficult to find S&W revolver. Original Box is included with phamplets. Tools and Owners Manual are not included.
