Winchester Model 1873 lever Action Rifle 22 short cal Bore Exc, Mech Exc, Wood is VG near exc, Has a original 24” Rd barrel with excellent address and cal markings, Original buckhorn rear sight. The receiver has an original dust cover and marked model 1873 on the top tang. The lower tang as the serial#223609 Mfg’d 1887. The brass carrier has excellent markings 22 Cal Short. Metal overall has an aged grey brown patina finish with traces of some fine pitting. Has seen little use as action and overall condition is unabused VG plus. Has a complete original magazine tube.
