Description:
Smith & Wesson Model 39-2 Semi-Automatic Pistol chambered in 9MM luger. This is a semiautomatic pistol developed for the United States Army service pistol trials of 1954. It went on the civilian market in 1955 and was the first of Smith & Wesson's first generation semi-automatic pistols. The slide is carbon steel, and the frame is made entirely of aluminum to reduce weight. The barrel is made from carbon steel and is polished. There is a barrel bushing similar to the Colt 1911. It has a decocker on the left. The walnut grips are in excellent condition. No box. Includes 1 mag. 9mm Luger
