Description:
Nice old piece here. Martindale English made machete with a custom wood handle. Looks Indian or Arab country from wwll era. There are a few chips in the wood grip. Please see pictures. Other wise this is a great example of a wwll jungle clearing tool. Blade is in nice shape and still has a rather sharp edge that does not look sharpened. Measures 32 1/2" over all.
