US Springfield Model 1873 45-70 musket, late 1st model serial # 53195 made between April to June 1875.
32 5/8" barrel, good bore, visible rifling. Faint cartrouche behind trigger guard, US on buttplate, old chip repair behind action.
Rifle appears to be all original with sights and cleaning rod.
