Springfield Armory Model 1898. If you like military surplus or historic rifles, you have to have one of these in your collection. This one is in great shape and the stock is one of the better ones I've seen in regards to the amount of dings and scratches it has. These were not in use for long and were made in relatively low numbers compared to other service rifles. .30-40 Krag
