An Early Civil War Colt Model 1849 Pocket Revolver With A Five Inch Barrel In Fine Plus To Excellent Untouched Condition. Serial # 200,797, All matching numbers. Made in 1862, all original and complete. The revolver has fine metal, markings and edges. The cylinder scene is full and also fine. The barrel and cylinder on the revolver retain most of their original factory blue with some small areas fading to a plum brown color. The frame, lever, and hammer all retain most of their original darkening case colors on them. All screws are excellent with color on them. The brass backstrap and trigger guard are fine throughout. The grips are excellent throughout as shown. The revolver has a fine action and bore. This Is A Very Fine Plus To Excellent Example Of An Early Civil War Colt Model 1849 Pocket Revolver With A Five Inch Barrel That Would Be A Fine Addition To Any Collection!
