Description:
Offered for sale is a Series 70 custom 38 Super caliber converted from an original 9mm pistol. Condition is as new. Originally converted in the 70's as a new firearm. It features a Bar Sto match barrel that allows this pistol to shoot sub 1 inch groups at 25 yards. Original sights were replaced with a Smith & Wesson adjustable rear sight snd a ramp front sight. These sights make it an ideal carry gun. The safety lever is extended. It has had an action and trigger job. The custom grip panels are fashioned from real Mastadon ivory from Alaska. I am the original owner of this pistol and have not carried it or fired more than 200 rounds through it. It is a high quality pistol crafted by Lin Alexiou of Trapper Guns, one of the eras best known pistolsmiths.
