Here is the twin to a beautiful Custom Classic in 17 HMR that I reluctantly let go a few months back. Residing in the factory box, this is an early example (three digit Serial Number) Cooper of Montana Custom Classic in .22 LR. Gorgeous French Walnut stock highlighted with distintive mineral streaks throughout the entire breadth of the stock. Wonderful character and grain! Inletted sling studs, high polish metal grip cap, 24 LPI checkering in a Fleur de lis pattern, ebony forend tip and 22" medium contour polished blue barrel all contribute to this tastefully finished, heirloom quality rifle. The quality and craftsmanship exhibited here are rare birds anymore. With Cooper Arms having been sold and rimfires not being produced, these little gems are getting harder and harder to come by.
