Description:
Smith & Wesson Model 657-2 Classic Hunter .41 Magnum. Serial BHB4052 as a 6.5-inch barrel (integral rib, full lug) with a black ramp front sight. Features include an adjustable rear sight (white outline), wide “target” hammer (checkered spur), unfluted cylinder, wide “target” trigger (smooth face) and smooth rosewood grips. The original box with correct end label, instructions and warranty information is present. CONDITION: The bore is strong and bright. Trigger pulls are smooth. The cylinder rotates without st-st-stutter and locks without end-to-end movement. Surface finish is approximately 80 percent and grips are approximately 90 percent. The face of the front sight has been painted yellow and rust spots appear on the sides. The price is firm. $1,350 plus shipping.
