Offering this prewar Colt National Match made in approximately 1940. This is a late gun and was cut for the Swartz Safety. This pistol came to me with the pictured 22-45 Conversion unit. I would assume they shipped together when new. They will likely letter to the same location. This is very rare to find a combo like this. Ive on seen a half dozen or so. Unfortunately it has been refinished and modified with a Bomar rib. Bonus is that the pistol has its original Match barrel marked Colt 45 Auto Match and has the circled MB. These barrels are worth $1000 by themselves. The conversion unit has the original numbers matching barrel as well. The 45 slide is numbered to the frame. This pair would make a great candidate for a TurnBulll restoration.
