Really nice example of an E. Lefaucheux Model 1854; 12 mm pin-fire pistol. The serial #37969 puts this as an 1861 manufacture. Cocks and indexes properly. Made in Belgium during the Civil War and carried by many soldiers both North and South. A nice collectible pistol and I have a bullet to go with it.
