Description:
Ruger M77 Tang Safety bolt action rifle chambered in .280 Remington. This rifle comes with a 24-inch barrel with a bright bore. It has a highly reliable Mauser-type controlled round feed extractor, a tang safety, and a cold hammer-forged barrel. It has integral scope mounts, machined directly on the solid-steel receiver. It has a Weaver Micro-trac It has a single piece walnut stock with checkering on the forearm and wrist along with a Ruger grip cap and rubber recoil pad. The .280 Remington is a cartridge based on the .30-06 necked down to accept 7 mm (.284 in) bullets. The cartridge is capable of generating slightly higher velocities in heavier bullet weights than the .270 Winchester due to a marginally greater case capacity. Made in 1980. No box. .280 Remington
