Description:
Sako Model AV Left Hand chambered in .270 Winchester. The Sako AV is a bolt-action rifle based on the L61R action. It was produced by the Finnish manufacturer Sako in 1989 and 1990. The rifle has a fixed magazine with a hinged, polished floorplate. It has the proprietary tapered dovetail rail with variable width (narrow at the rear, wide at the front) and 1-inch rings are included. It is in excellent condition with very deep bluing and a finely checkered walnut Monte Carlo stock. The .270 Winchester is a rifle cartridge developed from the .30-03 Springfield parent case that is necked down to 7mm. The cartridge is suitable for hunting deer-sized game at open ranges.
