Description:
After some research, it appears that this rifle was made in 1912 however, the barrel is stamped as Winchester Proof Steel and further research indicates that Winchester went from Nickel Steel barrels to Proof Steel in early 1932 which leads us to believe that this rifle was rebarreled at some time in the past. Still, a good rifle with good bore. .25-35 WCF
