Offered here for sale is a fine tried and true classic Model 36 .38 revolver with 2” barrel. This specimen, the Chief’s Special Smith & Wesson revolver was a favorite of pollce and security forces everywhere with its reliable action and snubby two inch barrel – and this is not exception. It was carried by a local police officer. SNCDF1640, the revolver has seen wear however retains most of its bright blued finish. Most wear caused by holster use. Excellent bore.
