Description:
The Beretta 92S is the second iteration of the famous 92 series of handguns. First produced in 1978, the 'S' variation moved the thumb safety to the slide to meet Italian military and law enforcement requirements. This model does not have a firing pin block safety and still retains the heel magazine release, both of which would not be changed until Beretta began producing the 92SB for the USAF pistol trials.
