Single action 6 shot revolver with 8 inch round ribbed barrel chambered in 44 S&W American caliber. Bright shiny very good bore. Most nickel finish remains on the right side while the left side has some spots of flaking on the barrel. Nice functioning action. Grips are replacements but are in good condition and fit well. About 19,635 Second Models manufactured from 1872-1874.
